The salesman, Erik Fish, was terrific. We went out for a test drive of the 2025 Chevrolet Trax 2RS first thing and it was exactly what I was looking for. Erik answered all of my questions and helped me get comfortable with my decision. He explained the features, incentives, and the benefits of buying Chevrolet. Let's face it, its the little things that really make a difference and Erick nailed this are as well. He aided in setting up my phone and other preferences within the settings so that I drove away completely in control. This was definitely the best car buying experience I've had. I attribute this fact to both Erik and Kade in Finance, who made signing the paperwork a breeze. I simply could NOT have had a better experience.

We were very well taken care of. Love the online feature to schedule our appointments. Pedro took great care of us and made sure that we were communicated with throughout the process. We told him our budget and he did his very best to stay within that. The shuttle ride to work was very helpful after dropping off our vehicle. Overall great service. I did have to message/call a few times to see if my vehicle was done. If we would have been told sooner, that would have helped. Otherwise, everything was great.

I brought my car 3 times, 3 weeks in a row and it still was not repaired. The engine light still came on, engine overheating warning and beeping, coolant is now leaking, engine is backfiring, car is shaking etc. Pablo was rude and dismissive from day ONE. Upon first arrival, Pablo was in full sales mode. He pointed out a scratch on a hub cap and went on and on about how I must treat my car. When calling over and over to find out just the status of my vehicle after waiting five days, I did not get a return call until seven days later. When Pablo wanted to show me that the car drives well, my back was turned to the service door and he shouted "Hey!" I was appalled he was talking to me, so I did not respond. He only yelled louder "Hey!" He claimed they forgot to put antifreeze in, then he also said it was in there that the "bubble" hadn't gone down. I need my car for work. It was a Huge inconvenience. My car still has the engine light on, overheating warning, leaking antifreeze and is not drivable. My warranty was charged for work that did not occur. If I have to pay for the exact repairs that my warranty was charged for, this will be a big problem. I am not happy. I am very disappointed! The owner of the dealership is such a nice guy, but I will never return.

We had wade. He was amazing. I bought a 2025 Chevy Traverse Lakeshore blue super easy super fast had me in and out and under an hour. The whole dealership was honestly amazing

After Saturday's service experience, I don't plan to return to this dealership to purchase a new vehicle or service my current vehicle. My requested service was to replace the in-cabin air filter which I'm aware is accessed via the glove box, a tire rotation, and oil change. My car was returned to me after paying for the service with the glove box not just open, but completely pulled out, laying on the passenger floorboard and the contents strewn on the floor. It looked as if my car had been ransacked. When I asked Vick why a service person would leave it in that condition, he said it may not have been the service person and that it could have happened when the car was driven out and that person didn't notice it. I expected honest answers, not excuses. There was also no notice or explanation at checkout of the issue with the tire sensor that he said had apparently failed during tire rotation. I had to discover that on my own and show it to Vick. The Service Tire Monitor System message and tire pressure light were clearly displayed on the dash lights. Although I understand this can happen on an older vehicle, the point is that I was not notified. The invoice states: "Completed tire rotation, relearned TPMS sensors and reset pressures". The tire sensors display dashes for all 4 tires now. On hindsight, I would have expected to be notified of this prior to checkout, the situation explained and asked if I wanted it fixed (which I would have done) before paying my invoice, but that didn't occur. He called these incidents an inconvenience; I call it failure to communicate and disregard for another person's property. After paying a bill for $264, it will cost me another $100 to fix the tire sensor despite being told that I won't be charged for the labor, and return my car to its prior condition or in my opinion it will likely impact its trade value because it has this issue now. I wasn't asked my opinion on how they could make the events of the visit right for me, but because of the condition that my car was initially returned to me with nothing said, if McCarthy wanted to make this right for me and preserve the customer relationship, they would offer to repair the tire sensor issue at zero charge to me vs just waiving the labor. This dealership has been contacting me to trade my 2011 Cruze, but I will go elsewhere to trade or service my current vehicle and to purchase a new one when I'm ready to do so.

An amazing experience! Our plans were to find a car my partner could fit in comfortably. We really had no plans of driving away in a new car. Wade set down with us, listened & gathered information on what we might consider. He can up with several options & left to bring up a couple cars he thought would meet our expectations. The first car we drove was a Trailblazer. I was shocked on how well my partner could get in. We drove it & my partner was amazed how it drove. Wade was very detailed & showed us many options on buying a new vehicle. He was patient & made sure he answered all our questions. After a few hours & no pressure from Wade we ended the day driving away in a new 2026 Trailblazer! If you are looking for a car I suggest you stop by McCarthy Cheverlot & ask for Wade!

First step into the dealership, I felt at ease and comfortable. I’m 76 years old and have bought several cars in my lifetime. James Graham was undoubtedly the best he made buying a car the easiest I’ve ever done in my life. I did not feel pressure. I feel like I was talking to my friend. Finance was simple. The best thing was the ease of everything no high pressure stress in buying a car.

My service agent, Lucas, was very helpful and thoughtful of my physical condition. He did not make me stand at the counter until he had everything ready to sign. Lucas came to me in the lounge several times to ensure I was aware of every step that was happening and to obtain my approval.

All good on oil change and fuel filter change. Four stars because it wasn't until I went to pay with my credit card and the service advisor said, "there will be that 3% service fee for using a credit card". I said I'd use debit card then. He said, "there's charge for using any card". First, this seems really cheap of any business who offers the convenience of paying by credit card. It's now no convenience at all as customers have to pay a "penalty". Second, do you really want me to bring my checkbook? Wouldn't it take staff longer to process/handle check processing? Last, I was never told until the point of sale that this fee would be charged. What options do I have at that moment? Drive home and get my checkbook? Run to the ATM and get cash? What a ridiculous and cheap policy which reflects poorly on your brand. I will now bring my checkbook any time I go for service at this dealer.

I was kindly greeted the moment I pulled into the service bay and escorted to Lucas who promptly took care of checking my vehicle in and keeping me updated on the progress.

Lucas Dwyer did a great job greeting me when I arrived. Lucas confirmed with me the service that I had scheduled and asked if I had any questions about my scheduled service. The service was completed in one hour as I waited in the lounge area. Once the service was completed Lucas came and got me and returned me to my car. I had a very good service experience.

I brought the car that I purchased from your dealership on 06-5-2025 in for an oil change, since there was no sticker in the window about when it should be changed. The sales ticket had said the oil was changed just prior to my purchase. This oil change was the first of two complimentary oil changes promised to me at purchase. There was a 4 month limited warranty on the car (2019 Buick Encore) with 35K miles. The oil was changed, no problems there. When I picked up the car, Pedro told me that he had noted a lot of problems with the car. There was leakage at the valve cover, the oil pan gasket, and the air conditioner condenser, for a total of $3,327 in needed repairs. Needless to say, I was not happy to hear all of this. I left without scheduling the repairs. The 4 month warranty was about 10 days expired. GM has no warranty on the vehicle which now has 38K miles on it. On the way home, I stopped at Meineke and talked to their tech, and I have scheduled the repair work to be done by them this Friday for a little over $1,000 less than the quote from Pedro at McCarthy Morse dealership. I am very concerned about this vehicle. I sincerely hope I have not been sold a "Lemon-Squeezer"! One of those cars with constant problems that squeeze your bank account from the constant bleeding to fix the ongoing repairs. Jane Johnson

Had a very positive experience buying a car from McCarthy OP. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Wade Beckerjeck was very friendly, straight forward, and knowledgeable about the Trailblazer. When I told Wade I wanted to buy a AWD Trailblazer to flat tow behind a motorhome, he went to verify without prompting it could be flat towed with the service department. Wondered to myself if other salespersons would have verified this before making a sale. Wade also helped to get my new car home by having another salesman drive the Trailblazer to my house. Very helpful and convenient not having to figure out how to get that completed.

I get hounded to buy a new car and when I know that A I am not in the space to buy a car or B they want me to jump through a whole bunch of hoops that won't benefit me they still keep asking, just a suggestion stop please.

The oil change took about an hour start to finish, but the customer service I received made the wait well worth it. In my humble opinion, Fernando definitely deserves a raise if not a promotion.

I had scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation and dropped the car off a half hour before appointment. Because I eas trying to get yard work done on my day off from the hospital before the weather turned, I did not arrive for pickup until 15 minutes before close. Pedro made a point of letting me know that had I waited any longer, the service would have been closed and that “ he had only written 4 or 5 tickets that day and was waiting on me to start Black Friday shopping.” Also, that he hoped there were items left since it was nearly 6 pm. I really felt like I had inconvenienced him. I had actually driven past another Chevy dealer to go to McCarthy. After my move back to Kansas, I had a battery placed there because I could not enter your lot on the weekend for drop off and Roadside Assistance told me to drive straight there. I am not certain I will return to McCarthy with my or my children’s cars. The other dealer was much more accessible and accomodating

Had been dealing with Kamron over the phone throughout the week. Finally got up there on Friday and he had the truck we were talking about pulled around and ready to go. When we talked about maybe wanting a bigger cab he immediately went and brought that option around, which we test drove, and ultimately bought. It was an effortless transaction and we were only about 3 hours all in for checking out trucks, test driving, purchasing, and driving it home.

I was pleased about the 4 tires that were placed on my car but the other problems I discussed with the mechanic, especially the left side rear view mirror, were not addressed.

Dropped my car off at 9am appointment, I had 3 items to address. Did not hear anything until I called and then had time text for follow up. Finally received a text with items I did not request be completed and 1 item I did not even in the text. Had my car from 9am to 5:40pm and didn't fix anything. Extremely poor service and even worse communication from Vick.

They were very helpful and straight forward which we loved. Most Dealers falsifie the sale price and then add a bunch a fees and add ons to it which I cant stand. This dealer didn't play any games like that so we will look at buying from them in the future for being upfront and honest.

My employee only asked for an oil change. They never requested a tire rotation because the rear tires are new and the front ones are old. But they rotated them without telling us, putting the old tires on the back and the new ones on the front, which is unsafe for traction. And it caused a delay to our work schedule.

On Tuesday, January 20th, 2026 I had a 8am car appointment for just a car check-up. The service department did an excellent job, it took about 4 hours from start to finish. Pedro kept me informed about it's progress and told me that it needed an extra item such as a new battery, with the extreme cold that was coming it was the best to get the item taken care of. Went in for just an oil change, interaction with customer service was acceptable, though pushed for lots of additional services, including all fluids changed and new tires, totaling thousands of dollars. After oil change, for some reason all 4 of my TPMS sensors are not working. Last time I went to McCarthy I spent hundreds of dollars to have that “fixed”, my truck was returned with none of them working again. I will not be returning here.

Set the appointment and dealership was ready for me as scheduled. Team worked fast and had me out within 2.5 hrs (ahead of original estimate). Invoiced me only for what I asked, and provided recommendations in additional services and the cost for those, but didn’t try to push me into having those done right then and there, which I appreciated.

I just had my car serviced & Vick was my service rep. I suspect I will get a survey which I will complete, but to be honest a hate surveys & prefer to convey my feedback to a human, so hopefully you are a person, not some version of AI (just kidding). Anyway, my story goes back several months when I had a slight emergency & brought in my car bc your dealership was close & Vick helped me by first trying to see if he could fix the issue w/o putting the car into service. He wasn’t & got me in & the car fixed. I filled out the automated survey & gave a good review. So my car needed an oil change & I scheduled an appointment. I didn’t specify Vick bc usually the reps aren’t there anymore. To my pleasant surprise he was still there & remembered me! Got me in & taken of yada, yada, yada. But Vick went the extra mile for me upon check out. I have a GM credit card that earns points. But until recently the points were really only good if/when I brought a new car, so I stop asking if I could redeem the points. W/o prompting Vick said he saw I had a lot of points & asked if I wanted to use them & I said YOU BET! & it covered my costs. But then Vick went the extra extra mile by saying the car was due for some significant ($) scheduled maintenance coming up & in addition to printing out the estimated cost also gave me a timeframe since my mileage is very, very low. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this. The money you get off my service calls is not going to make or break your dealership, but the level of throwback customer service Vick extended me will pay dividends.

So please let me know when you finally get Nitro for the tires in and probably use you more 'cause I really like your people and how quick you are and how easy it is to get in to see y'all.

When I personally called to schedule my oil change and tire rotation, I specifically said I needed a new drivers side windshield wiper blade. Mine was torn about 4 inches apart and definitely needed to be replaced. I was expecting to pick one up at the time of my service call and was told that they didn’t have one. Severely disappointed, especially since the weather forecast called for several days of rain.

Warranty (lack of) coverage was not questioned with warranty company. Was told “we just read them off a part number and they tell us if it’s covered or not”. There was no reason one of the two issues weren’t covered. Zero reason.

The appointment was scheduled in a few weeks in advance. There were multiple items that needed to be checked and done while at this appointment that was covered under the package that we purchased. When I arrived, the only thing that could get done was my oil change. The gentleman that helped me get checked in said the computer was down and that he could not verify what was covered and what wasn’t so nothing else could be done. I explained that I made this appointment with clear verbal instructions on what all had to be done and had my whole day planned out because this appointment was supposed to take several hours. He told me that I would just have to make another appointment to when they could verify what all was covered. I understand systems go down sometimes. However, the items that the appointment was for was in the system and could have been checked the day before in preparation for my appointment since it was more involved. My schedule is not conducive to make multiple appointments and that is why it was scheduled accordingly. I had to make arrangements for other transportation while my car was being worked on as I do not have the time to sit for hours at the dealership while I wait. I was not happy as that was an extra expense that I endured and will have to do again since I have to make multiple appointments and need another method of transportation while my car is there.

Review for Vick at McCarthy Chevrolet I wanted to share a quick note of appreciation for Vick at McCarthy Chevrolet. Dealing with major engine issues is never ideal, but Vick made a difficult situation much more tolerable. Despite the ongoing frustrations with my truck, Vick was incredibly communicative and made sure every single one of my questions was answered in a timely manner. He also went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable in a quality loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop, which I truly appreciated. I’ll keep coming back to McCarthy specifically because of Vick and his excellent customer service. I’m certainly hoping I don’t have to return for another engine replacement anytime soon—fingers crossed that all the worries are finally resolved—but I know I'm in good hands with Vick if anything comes up.

We upset that when I got back into my car. That all the parts to my tire set wasn't back in its container and that I had to go ask about the missing one. They said it was in the car but why in the heck didn't they put it back. I couldn't locate it in my car they pulled my car back into the bay instead of just coming out to my car. They said it was in the driver's seat which I no it wasn't I would have seat on it. The tire sets are not cheap and if I hadn't looked it would have been lost and I would have had to buy a new one.

I tried to reach out to the service manager April. Dobson, on April 27th, could not get through to her voicemail, spoke with somebody in new car. Salesman told me that he would have her contact me. Have never heard back to discuss the problem of my visit to your dealership.

Very fair pricing and salesman was educated on the vehicle on like our other dealerships. Let me know about all of the options and the app and showed me how to use them. I looked at multiple other places before coming here and this was by far the best experience.

Vick did an excellent job on the communication and process of the service and repair work. The only concerns and issues I have is with Ally bank and hertz rental car regarding my ally premier protection claims which caused back and forth with the dealership and time without my suburban for 5 weeks which Ally still would not cover other issues I was having with failure of my side detector system and also other parts of the suburban

I came due to the excellent customer service previously provided by Vick and he certainly didn’t let me down. In fact, he recognized me before I recognized him. He scheduled my service & me in & out (along with the technicians) & remember that I had GM credit card points to be used. But it was his final act of customer service that made me smile & impressed. I bring my dog (& I really appreciate the dealership letting me bring her into the showroom while we wait. After concluding the paperwork, I go out to the car & Vick has put my dog stairs out so Millie can get back in the car. I thought that was very attentive customer service, though I am afraid Millie didn’t appreciate it as much as I did. Seriously, it is the details that make the difference.

Unfortunately, I had to return my vehicle the next day because it was dripping oil all over the driveway and in the garage. The Service Advisor thought it may have been bad seal on an oil floor? I was also MOST disappointed to be charged over $250 for an air filter and cabin filter. Available on the web for $50 or less. Thats just insanely over-priced and I will never make that mistake again. Its just way too much markup. It was my fault, I thought the $250 quote for for the oil change and the filters. Dumb me

Vick Got me in when I wanted. He is always welcoming and lets me know what they would check while they had me there to change the oil on my car. He told me the amount of time it would take and he was right on the dot when it was completed. I like that the mechanic sends a video via text on what was done and the results of everything they checked. I love coming here for my car services.

My wife went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They said I needed front brake pads and rotors, so I looked on the McCarthy website and found coupons which they would not honor. I also had questions about the other services they performed (I.e., fuel injection service) just to find out what all that entailed. Not only was I overcharged for the services, but they would not return my calls or email. I purchased my 2018 Silverado at McCarthy and have had 100% of my service work done here including tires. I will not be back based on the poor service I received this time. I had previously received better service.

I showed interest in a vehicle online pretty late in the evening but still received a message. By 10 a.m. the following morning they had followed up. By noon they had found exactly what I was looking for. By that evening I was on the phone with the finance manager and had the vehicle of my dreams without stepping foot in the office. My experience was horrible my advisor knew what was going on with my vehicle but tricked me into signing a199 dollars fee to charge me 472 dollars when I could have went elsewhere in saved a lot of money

Routine maintenance was done in a timely manner, Service writer was very good and helped identify a noise problem as tire noise. Only disappointment was a recall notice I received about the back up camera repair that still hasn't been able to be repaired. The General apparently hasn't sent a notice to me or the dealers about how to fix and supply the parts to do so.
