I have had my car serviced by McCarthy several times and continue to have a good experience. The service dept has a great group of folks that will get you taken care of. This time I had the pleasure of working with Trcia Hecker. Thanks Tricia for your help and everything!!! Your the best!!!

My service technician was great and my oil change and tire rotation was completed in less the 45 minutes which is great compared to the 2 hours it used to be at this dealership.

Overall a very good, albeit very long seven hour experience, but with new vehicle negotiations I guess that’s pretty typical of any dealership. The folks at McCarthy were very friendly and professional (shoutout Kamron) and I didn’t feel overly pressured, even when it came time for the extended warranty talk. Only one small gripe - Bought the truck on a Saturday and was told with customization work being done that the truck should be available to pick up on Tuesday, and maybe even Monday if the wheels/tires came in early, which is what I told the person that loaned me a car to use in the meantime… Truck wasn’t ready until Friday. That was kind of a bummer and I would’ve appreciated someone touching base with me daily to give a status report, or just telling me up front that it could be as late as Friday. But yeah, this is my second purchase from McCarthy and would purchase from there again.

Kamron was very knowledgeable and helpful. However there was a glitch in the buying process and I ended up getting a different car with more miles on it so I got a discount for the trouble. Overall it was good but somewhat confusing experience.

My car had a lot of items to address and I was happy with the time to perform the service and the service agent kept me well informed.

We were a little disappointed that our day was WASTED that Audrey misplaced the key and waited over 2 hrs before we went home without the new car!! We could have enjoyed the great weather and come back next day... Plus we were disappointed that dealer didn't tell us that new car was a DEMO car with over 3,700 miles on it. Not too pleased with this!! We feel that the Dealer company should compensate for our lost time there.

The car was actually found in Indiana and sent to McCarthy. The car arrived on a Tuesday morning and I picked it up on the same day around 4:00pm. It was pouring and I asked where the wipers were and I left. Our salesman, Thomas, had to leave prior to me getting there which was absolutely fine. The gentleman that helped me was really nice and moved my plate to the new vehicle. However, there was no license plate frame so he had to take it to the service department to have them do it. The next day, I found the license plate holder in with the charger. I would have thought the service department would have known that. I also see the name of the dealer in Indiana was still on the back. Why wasn't that taken off and replaced with McCarthy? The car inside was not detailed at all. When I got home, my husband took all the stickers off the windshields and I noticed the scuff marks on the drivers door and some on the dash itself. The inside of the car was all dusty and the windshield has these little circles in a couple of places. We tried to program the garage door opener and it wouldn't work although it said it found the signal. I did some research on this and this is what I found: Equinox EV, is experiencing a problem with its built-in Universal Home Remote (UHR) feature, which includes the garage door opener function. While the UHR is available in some Equinox trims, it may not be fully functional or available in others.GM Customer Satisfaction Program number N242485840 offers both a reimbursement payment to owners of affected 2025 Chevy Equinox units and a reprogramming fix that will make remote garage door opening possible. Why wasn't we told this and why wasn't this checked before we bought the vehicle? We wouldn't have bought it so soon if we had known this. We would have waited until it was fixed just like we did with the battery issue on the Bolt we had previously bought. My rating is on the dealership management, NOT our salesman, Thomas, who was excellent. So, what happens now with the Homelink?

Replacing 4 tires and an oil change was done in the two hours that Vic said it would take. The only negative thing was that the tire warranty/road hazard and free rotation was explained verbally, this information should be provided on the receipt for future reference.

Disappointed that my high pressure fuel pump failed after 27,000 miles spraying fuel on our garage floor. Vick attacked the problem, worked with my warranty provider and got the truck repaired for only $6.60 out of my pocket. Very pleased with the attentive customer service provided by Vick.

After sale, pretty much ignored by sales. We had appt to pick up our new vehicle. Sales person busy with another sale, handed off to a second sales person to quickly go through new car's features, then sent to waiting area. (Our sales lady was still busy with others, even though we had an appt.) The finance guy took our check and sent us on our way. No paperwork, nothing. They claimed printers were down, no Internet, etc. I called a day later to get paperwork, still no Internet or printers available Michael said. He said he'd email to us if things ever started working again. It's been a week, still no paperwork, no phone call, no followup. I feel once they made a sale, got the money, they didn't really care. Very poor customer service. Our original sales person was Audrey Tatum. Never got her business card or a follow-up phone call or text post sale. Still have no paperwork saying we bought the car, so it sits in the garage. Supposedly getting official paperwork, certificate of origin, receipts in another week.

Vick & April have always meant my needs on getting my car serviced. Vick kept me updated on getting my oil change. He had me out in less than an hour. He told me my tires were rotated and told me I had a bad sensor on one.He also let me know when I needed to get my brakes done. I always have great service and I appreciate they don’t try to sell me a service I don’t need. Vick went above and beyond on getting me in immediately and put quickly.

Although my car was in the shop for more than a week, I feel confident my car was repaired properly. Pedro served very well as my advisor, and the final bill charged was what I had anticipated.

Very helpful. Went to Hendricks and was very dissatisfied, so decided to go to McCarthy's instead and the experience was much better. Alan was great at getting things done efficiently and was extremely helpful.

Pedro was very honest about what I needed done and provided the quote. He called me a few hours later telling me he found a cheaper option which was very much welcomed. He got me back in for service and they handle my work very quickly.

I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The appointment went fine but I noticed a few weeks after my appointment that the technician from the McCarthy service center failed to put the engine oil cap back on. I get that from time to time the occasional valve stem cap is accidentally left off but forgetting to put an engine oil cap back on is completely unacceptable, especially with how simple an oil change is. This could have completely ruined my engine and there still is potential for it to damage my engine as I don’t know if water or debris got into the engine while the cap was off and McCarthy Chevrolet would have / will be completely at fault. I would not recommend this dealership / service center to anyone that I know.

Took three days for a technician to check my car and the repair was almost $5.000 wish I declined. Only oil change and tire rotation. Went to get the car and another light was on and the person on duty didn’t know what was it, it was the theft lock and I fixed . I thought that the dealer was better than other car shops, I was wrong.

Terrible communication. Scheduled multiple appointments to get service completed. There was a different story/plan each time I talked to someone. Very difficult to plan especially with a busy schedule.

I received this email to rate my service on 6/24. My car was not in the shop on 6/24. The service dept, told me that they had a part on order for my car, the "OnStar Communication Module" more than a month ago. I called them on 6/20 and 6/23 and left a message with my service advisor both times. I never got a call back, then get this invite to rate service on 6/24 that never occurred.

I brought in 2 keys to get programmed and I was told that they were the wrong size and wouldn’t work (I confirmed again later that they 100% would work). I was then sold an additional key that isn’t even for my car.

The dealership was ready to service my car at the appointment time. Vick, the service intake person, advised me that my front tires had more wear than my rear tires and said they could rotate my tires. I declined the offer at this appointment. He also suggested that I have the air filter changed because my car’s milage was beyond the recommended range. I also declined because of the cost and I had limited time to wait at the dealership. I appreciated the information regarding the tire rotation and air filter.

All of the scheduled maintenance was completed on time and was done well.

Service department was great I had a flat tire due to a sharp metal object that ruined the tire. It was under road hazard warranty; they found a tire in town, came in the next day and they took care of the tire, put the donut spare back. Great customer service.

They buying process was really streamlined, one of the easiest purchases I have ever made.

I had to have my backup camera replaced. Scheduled an appointment for July 1. When i took my trailblazer in, i was told it would be 3-4 days because they were busy and short handed. I rescheduled for the next week. I took it the next week at 730. At 3:00 it hadnt even been looked at, so they rushed and got it done. When i got home, i discovered they did an oil change that was not necessary. I have been in for service several times now, and regret buying from McCarthy Chev.

Vick is a super service advisor. He always listens to your issue and is able to diagnosis it quickly. This is the second issue I have had with my Buick in the last couple months. I’ve been brining my car to this service shop since we bought from an out of town dealership. Feel like service has been fine and service tech’s are friendly. However this last time it just felt different. They were telling me how much I was needing to spend within the first thirty seconds of getting checked in. It was going to be over $3k and all I came in for was an oil change. Then, I asked if they had the courtesy shuttle available as I picked as an option when booking the appointment. The tech told me they don’t have one anymore. Not his fault but if you’re going to tell me that I have to have $3k of “service” on my vehicle but then not go above and beyond; I have options as well.

Erik answered all of my questions and helped me get comfortable with my decision. He explained the features, incentives, and the benefits of buying Chevrolet. Let's face it, its the little things that really make a difference and Erick nailed this are as well. He aided in setting up my phone and other preferences within the settings so that I drove away completely in control. This was definitely the best car buying experience I've had. Your service managers are a joke not once have I felt like someone wanted to help instead all I got was dodged and deferred I’ve had the same issue since purchasing in March and they make me feel like I’m wanting something for free I just want what I paid for

I brought my car 3 times, 3 weeks in a row and it still was not repaired. The engine light still came on, engine overheating warning and beeping, coolant is now leaking, engine is backfiring, car is shaking etc. Pablo was rude and dismissive from day ONE. Upon first arrival, Pablo was in full sales mode. He pointed out a scratch on a hub cap and went on and on about how I must treat my car. When calling over and over to find out just the status of my vehicle after waiting five days, I did not get a return call until seven days later. When Pablo wanted to show me that the car drives well, my back was turned to the service door and he shouted "Hey!" I was appalled he was talking to me, so I did not respond. He only yelled louder "Hey!" He claimed they forgot to put antifreeze in, then he also said it was in there that the "bubble" hadn't gone down. I need my car for work. It was a Huge inconvenience. My car still has the engine light on, overheating warning, leaking antifreeze and is not drivable. My warranty was charged for work that did not occur. If I have to pay for the exact repairs that my warranty was charged for, this will be a big problem. I am not happy. I am very disappointed! The owner of the dealership is such a nice guy, but I will never return.

First step into the dealership, I felt at ease and comfortable. I’m 76 years old and have bought several cars in my lifetime. James Graham was undoubtedly the best he made buying a car the easiest I’ve ever done in my life. I did not feel pressure. I feel like I was talking to my friend. Finance was simple. The best thing was the ease of everything no high pressure stress in buying a car.

After Saturday's service experience, I don't plan to return to this dealership to purchase a new vehicle or service my current vehicle. My requested service was to replace the in-cabin air filter which I'm aware is accessed via the glove box, a tire rotation, and oil change. My car was returned to me after paying for the service with the glove box not just open, but completely pulled out, laying on the passenger floorboard and the contents strewn on the floor. It looked as if my car had been ransacked. When I asked Vick why a service person would leave it in that condition, he said it may not have been the service person and that it could have happened when the car was driven out and that person didn't notice it. I expected honest answers, not excuses. There was also no notice or explanation at checkout of the issue with the tire sensor that he said had apparently failed during tire rotation. I had to discover that on my own and show it to Vick. The Service Tire Monitor System message and tire pressure light were clearly displayed on the dash lights. Although I understand this can happen on an older vehicle, the point is that I was not notified. The invoice states: "Completed tire rotation, relearned TPMS sensors and reset pressures". The tire sensors display dashes for all 4 tires now. On hindsight, I would have expected to be notified of this prior to checkout, the situation explained and asked if I wanted it fixed (which I would have done) before paying my invoice, but that didn't occur. He called these incidents an inconvenience; I call it failure to communicate and disregard for another person's property. After paying a bill for $264, it will cost me another $100 to fix the tire sensor despite being told that I won't be charged for the labor, and return my car to its prior condition or in my opinion it will likely impact its trade value because it has this issue now. I wasn't asked my opinion on how they could make the events of the visit right for me, but because of the condition that my car was initially returned to me with nothing said, if McCarthy wanted to make this right for me and preserve the customer relationship, they would offer to repair the tire sensor issue at zero charge to me vs just waiving the labor. This dealership has been contacting me to trade my 2011 Cruze, but I will go elsewhere to trade or service my current vehicle and to purchase a new one when I'm ready to do so.

Charging a fee, for a credit card I can understand, BUT you also will charge for a debit card. Crazy- not many people write checks anymore.

My service agent, Lucas, was very helpful and thoughtful of my physical condition. He did not make me stand at the counter until he had everything ready to sign. Lucas came to me in the lounge several times to ensure I was aware of every step that was happening and to obtain my approval.

All good on oil change and fuel filter change. Four stars because it wasn't until I went to pay with my credit card and the service advisor said, "there will be that 3% service fee for using a credit card". I said I'd use debit card then. He said, "there's charge for using any card". First, this seems really cheap of any business who offers the convenience of paying by credit card. It's now no convenience at all as customers have to pay a "penalty". Second, do you really want me to bring my checkbook? Wouldn't it take staff longer to process/handle check processing? Last, I was never told until the point of sale that this fee would be charged. What options do I have at that moment? Drive home and get my checkbook? Run to the ATM and get cash? What a ridiculous and cheap policy which reflects poorly on your brand. I will now bring my checkbook any time I go for service at this dealer.

An amazing experience! Our plans were to find a car my partner could fit in comfortably. We really had no plans of driving away in a new car. Wade set down with us, listened & gathered information on what we might consider. He can up with several options & left to bring up a couple cars he thought would meet our expectations. The first car we drove was a Trailblazer. I was shocked on how well my partner could get in. We drove it & my partner was amazed how it drove. Wade was very detailed & showed us many options on buying a new vehicle. He was patient & made sure he answered all our questions. After a few hours & no pressure from Wade we ended the day driving away in a new 2026 Trailblazer! If you are looking for a car I suggest you stop by McCarthy Cheverlot & ask for Wade!

Then so tech was able to start working a day earlier than anticipated and because all the repair parts were available the repairs were completed two days ahead of schedule. I was kindly greeted the moment I pulled into the service bay and escorted to Lucas who promptly took care of checking my vehicle in and keeping me updated on the progress.

Lucas Dwyer did a great job greeting me when I arrived. Lucas confirmed with me the service that I had scheduled and asked if I had any questions about my scheduled service. The service was completed in one hour as I waited in the lounge area. Once the service was completed Lucas came and got me and returned me to my car. I had a very good service experience.

I brought the car that I purchased from your dealership on 06-5-2025 in for an oil change, since there was no sticker in the window about when it should be changed. The sales ticket had said the oil was changed just prior to my purchase. This oil change was the first of two complimentary oil changes promised to me at purchase. There was a 4 month limited warranty on the car (2019 Buick Encore) with 35K miles. The oil was changed, no problems there. When I picked up the car, Pedro told me that he had noted a lot of problems with the car. There was leakage at the valve cover, the oil pan gasket, and the air conditioner condenser, for a total of $3,327 in needed repairs. Needless to say, I was not happy to hear all of this. I left without scheduling the repairs. The 4 month warranty was about 10 days expired. GM has no warranty on the vehicle which now has 38K miles on it. On the way home, I stopped at Meineke and talked to their tech, and I have scheduled the repair work to be done by them this Friday for a little over $1,000 less than the quote from Pedro at McCarthy Morse dealership. I am very concerned about this vehicle. I sincerely hope I have not been sold a "Lemon-Squeezer"! One of those cars with constant problems that squeeze your bank account from the constant bleeding to fix the ongoing repairs. Jane Johnson

Had a very positive experience buying a car from McCarthy OP. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Wade Beckerjeck was very friendly, straight forward, and knowledgeable about the Trailblazer. When I told Wade I wanted to buy a AWD Trailblazer to flat tow behind a motorhome, he went to verify without prompting it could be flat towed with the service department. Wondered to myself if other salespersons would have verified this before making a sale. Wade also helped to get my new car home by having another salesman drive the Trailblazer to my house. Very helpful and convenient not having to figure out how to get that completed.

Had been dealing with Kamron over the phone throughout the week. Finally got up there on Friday and he had the truck we were talking about pulled around and ready to go. When we talked about maybe wanting a bigger cab he immediately went and brought that option around, which we test drove, and ultimately bought. It was an effortless transaction and we were only about 3 hours all in for checking out trucks, test driving, purchasing, and driving it home.

My employee only asked for an oil change. They never requested a tire rotation because the rear tires are new and the front ones are old. But they rotated them without telling us, putting the old tires on the back and the new ones on the front, which is unsafe for traction. And it caused a delay to our work schedule.

I Like the service there. I have purchased the last 2 cars from them... The only complaint I do have is with the sales team. I get hounded to buy a new car and when I know that A I am not in the space to buy a car or B they want me to jump through a whole bunch of hoops that won't benefit me they still keep asking, just a suggestion stop please.

I had scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation and dropped the car off a half hour before appointment. Because I eas trying to get yard work done on my day off from the hospital before the weather turned, I did not arrive for pickup until 15 minutes before close. Pedro made a point of letting me know that had I waited any longer, the service would have been closed and that “ he had only written 4 or 5 tickets that day and was waiting on me to start Black Friday shopping.” Also, that he hoped there were items left since it was nearly 6 pm. I really felt like I had inconvenienced him. I had actually driven past another Chevy dealer to go to McCarthy. After my move back to Kansas, I had a battery placed there because I could not enter your lot on the weekend for drop off and Roadside Assistance told me to drive straight there. I am not certain I will return to McCarthy with my or my children’s cars. The other dealer was much more accessible and accomodating

I never thought I could afford a new truck. I was looking for a used one. Then Kade, Allen, and James told me about leasing. Found out I could afford a new truck after all. I was thrilled. They treated me and wife with great respect. Anytime I called with questions I didn't feel that I was interrupting then. They answered of my and my wife's questions without hesitation.

Set the appointment and dealership was ready for me as scheduled. Team worked fast and had me out within 2.5 hrs (ahead of original estimate). Invoiced me only for what I asked, and provided recommendations in additional services and the cost for those, but didn’t try to push me into having those done right then and there, which I appreciated.
