Need a little more power than the Chevy Colorado for tougher jobs, or do you want to step up to a full-size pickup for its rugged design and nature? Say hello to the 2025 Chevy Silverado. Like the Chevy Colorado, the trim you choose will determine the base engine that comes standard, as well as the luxury features you’ll be able to take advantage of. Wheels range from 17” to 22”, but all Chevy Silverado trims come standard with 4-wheel drive for tighter handling. With over 13,000 lbs. of max towing capacity and a selection of off-road tuned trims, there are few jobs the Chevy Silverado can’t tackle.

If you’re searching for the most powerful pickup truck, the Chevy Silverado HD is the obvious choice. You’ll have two models to choose from: The Chevy Silverado 2500 and the Chevy Silverado 3500. Both models share the same base engine (6.6L, V-8) and have access to the available 6.6L Duramax™ Turbo Diesel V-8 engine, and all trims on both the 2500 and 3500 come 4-wheel drive standard. For the absolute most towing capability, you’ll want the Silverado 3500, which can tow up to 36,000 lbs. when properly equipped (the 2500 maxes out at 22,240 lbs.).
